Our free, non-compulsory coaching sessions with George and Renee will start in October. Athletes of all abilities from all age groups are welcome to attend. Coaching is held on Wednesday from 6pm-7pm and Friday from 5.30pm-6.30pm at Hills Centenary Park.
We run sprint and middle-distance running (50m to 3000m), hurdles, shot put, discus, javelin (11s and over), high jump (9s and over), long jump, and triple jump (11s and over). We also run Tiny Tots for ages 4-5 year olds which introduces them to athletics through an activity based program which runs for 1-1.5 hours.
We'd like to thank everyone for a great 2025-26 season. Registrations for the 2026-27 season will open on 1st August.
